We don't believe in hidden fees or upsells. Our weekday service call is a flat $75 and includes the first hour of labor and a full diagnostic. Residential seasonal maintenance is $45 ($75 commercial) and covers the entire unit — drain line, thermostat, capacitors, motors, heating elements, relays, contactors, refrigerant, and filters.
Estimates on change-outs and duct work are FREE. Financing is available —prequalify in minutes through Hearth. Senior and military: 10% off the service call fee, just ask.

PHASE II
Diagnose
Our tech checks capacitors, contactors, motors, refrigerant, thermostat, and drain lines — then explains what's wrong in plain English.
PHASE III
Repair or Replace
Most repairs done same visit. Change-outs scheduled fast, with Hearth financing available. Senior and military: 10% off the service call fee.
PHASE IV
Stay Ahead
Twice-a-year residential ($45) or commercial ($75) maintenance keeps the system running and catches small issues before they're emergencies.
